Out of the hundreds of projects that we perform each year, we have maintained a warranty claim ratio of less than 1%. We pride ourselves on the speed that we handle all warranty issues.

Rocky Mountain Roofing and Restoration fully stands behind our workmanship. It is for this reason that we offer a 2-year labor warranty that covers all leaks due to craftsmanship defects. The warranty does not cover damage to damage caused by lightning, winds over 60-mph, ice, tornados, hail, impact from foreign objects, etc.
